Serko Zeno users will note that we have made improvements to the rental car ‘list view’ by extending the number of rental cars displayed from four to twenty (see image). Also note that large vans (8-12 seaters) cannot be booked through the GDS/Serko due to their scarcity. Ask our Domestic Travel experts to assist with this for you. For clients with a sustainability focus we can now set up your Serko Zeno policy to offer hydrid/electric vehicles as the priority.

Serko has enhanced the 'Share' booking feature in Zeno to enable travellers/travel arrangers to send their trip details to recipients who do not have a profile in Zeno. All you need to do is click the ‘SHARE’ button and on the ‘Share trip’ dialogue enter the email address of the person you want to send the trip details to.
