Serko Zeno users may notice that rental car and hotel availability requests are often returning ‘no availability’ this month for New Zealand-wide travel. In this case, please come through to our Shorthaul experts Shevaughan, Moe or Hine who can make manual requests or request waitlists through our network of contacts. This is peak international tourist and cruise season, which explains why there is significant demand on all these services. Expect this trend until Easter.
Through our Travelhub portal, our AIS ATPI Invoice System has two new features. Firstly, you are now able to preview invoices or credit notes prior to downloading them. The ‘Download’ tab (top right) has been replaced with ‘View’ tab. As a hint pop-up blockers must be disabled in the user’s browser. Secondly, when searching for your invoice we have added a new column titled ‘PNR' (passenger name reservation) to the invoice list page. This provides another field to search from if you have the reservation number. We now have two Online Booking Tools (OBT’s), Serko Zeno and now Cytric. For our client companies whose employee Domestic or Tasman business travel has increased, then please ask us for a demonstration. These OBT’s have the same airfares as the airline direct but also provide a trip and price authorisation and cost centre-based accounting process, plus you can book the air, hotel and rental car in the one booking.
