When you join up with ATPI Business World Travel, we can help you organise many of the documents you need to help your travel plans proceed smoothly. In order for us to do this effectively, we collect some initial information about your company, your travel policies and processes, and the people who you would like us to help book travel for.
If you would like to come on board with ATPI Business World Travel, please contact us and we will work together to get an understanding of your business travel needs. We will then get relevant details on the people from your organisation who need travel bookings to be made for them.
Please fill in a Traveller Profile Form for each staff member who you would like us to organise travel for, so that we have all the information we need to work effectively on their behalf. The form is set up so that it can be filled in directly using Adobe Reader, and then emailed to us when you click on the 'Submit' button at the bottom.
Once we have this information, we can assist you with filling out your travel documents, including enrolments for Priority/Loyalty programmes with your choice of airlines, hotels, hire cars, etc.
