OUR TEAM
On our Shorthaul Desk, Hinemataroa has been on a project with our Australian colleagues and returns to us later in February, in time for Shevaughan to take leave – Shevaughan and her fiancé Ben are getting married on 06 March on Waiheke Island.
We are Group Travel experts. For over 30 years we have assisted many schools, universities, sports clubs, business groups, trade missions and art and cultural groups with their Group Travel. Nic Masu (pictured) is one of our Group Travel Experts and will provide guidance around planning and your Duty of Care responsibilities, including stakeholder management. Whilst you get on with your day-job, we will do all the time-consuming legwork with airline, accommodation, transport logistics and sightseeing. For more specialist subjects we have a network of partners worldwide who assist us with private visits to galleries, museums, companies and other subject specific locations. Nic, who hails from Sardinia and now calls Auckland home, recommends a conversation or meeting as soon as the tour concept arises. This allows us to provide early feedback on availability, pricing and practical itinerary logistics. Nic also notes that ‘Group’ size commences with 10 passengers for some airlines and 15 for others, travelling on the same outbound flight.
